Using your Vegware Square Bagasse Plate
Arrange a main dish in the centre, then add vegetables, salad or bread around it. The square shape makes it easy to separate parts of the meal during presentation. It suits café lunches, outdoor catering and self-service buffets where customers need a full meal plate.
Use the plate for hot or cold food at the point of service. Support it from underneath when carrying a full portion. Keep sauces within the raised edge and avoid stacking filled plates. For takeaway journeys, choose enclosed food packaging that suits the meal instead.
Case quantity and unit price
One case contains 250 plates. The unit price above shows the cost of one plate at the current case selling price, excluding VAT. A smaller pack of 50 is also available. Select the quantity you need before adding it to your basket. Add the cost of any separate accessories when working out your full order.

Storage and disposal
Keep unused plates in their protective packaging in a clean, dry store. Take out only the stock needed for service and handle plates by the edges. Empty food residue after use and ask your waste contractor whether it accepts bagasse food packaging.
