Delivery & Returns

We offer a free next working day delivery service for all orders over £100 (ex. VAT). Order by 2 pm Monday to Friday for the next working day delivery. (Please note during peak times delivery times may be extended)

Items are shipped via DPD. We endeavor to despatch all orders received before 2 pm (Monday to Friday) on the day of order. Unless otherwise requested, your order will be shipped on the next working day delivery service. You will receive a shipping notification email and/or text, once your order has been despatched.

We offer a no-quibble returns policy. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with any item or there is a fault with any goods we will refund or replace them without any fuss.

HOW TO ARRANGE A RETURN

Returns of goods which are not faulty are at our sole discretion. For goods to be considered for return they must be unopened cases that are in the same condition as they left our warehouse and not have sustained any damage. If you would like to discuss a return you should contact us directly. Please be aware that as the customer, you are responsible for returning the goods to our warehouse at your own expense. Purple Planet Packaging will not be responsible for any goods lost in transit.

RETURNING THE GOODS

If you are returning goods, we would recommend ensuring returned goods are sent on a recorded, signed-for service.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• We cannot arrange specific timed collections.
• Charges are still applicable for failed collections where a customer is not available or the business is found to be closed at the attempted collection time.

Once the goods have been received and checked by the warehouse, we will issue either a credit note or a refund. Please note a 20% restocking charge is applicable.

FAULTY GOODS

We will replace or refund in full for any faulty or defective goods provided that you notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods. Once we have received notification from you, we will arrange a collection for the faulty foods and process your refund or replacement.
