Pack burgers for takeaway service
Place the food in the centre of the base, then lower the lid and engage the closure. Leave room above taller fillings so the lid can close without pressing into the food.
The windowless top keeps the contents covered and gives you space for your own order label. Place any label where staff can read it without opening the box. Keep the closure clear so the customer can open the pack easily.
Check your usual portion in a sample before planning a larger batch. Food shapes, toppings and serving styles can all affect the space you need. Also, keep unused packaging in a clean, dry area until service.
Unit cost and useful extras
The unit price above shows the current cost per box, excluding VAT. Therefore, you can allow for packaging when costing an individual order. The purchase quantity is 50 boxes per case.
Add unbleached greaseproof sheets when your food needs a liner, and offer 33cm unbleached napkins with the order. Both items are available separately.
