Choose cutlery for your menu
Match the utensil to the depth of your dessert pot and the size of the serving. For example, a small tasting portion needs less reach than a deep sundae. Also, consider the texture of the food. Try a sample with your usual portion before placing a large order, especially when serving firm frozen desserts.
Set out the utensils beside the dessert collection point, or include them as you pack each order. This makes it easy for customers to start eating. Pair the chosen utensil with a suitable pot and napkin for a consistent presentation.
