Description
The Vegware 48oz hinged deli container presents large salads, sharing portions and cold deli selections in one clear pack. Its attached lid keeps the base and cover together, so there is no separate lid to order. The 1360ml capacity suits cold food service at cafés, salad bars and takeaway counters.
Vegware 48oz hinged deli container: size and presentation
Arrange a mixed salad for sharing, or use the wider serving area for a generous selection of prepared fruit. The clear sides and top let customers see the contents while the pack is closed. This makes it easy to show fresh colours and textures across a chilled display.
This size measures 182mm long, 200mm wide and 75mm high. Check the footprint against your display shelf and planned portion before ordering. When filling, leave enough room for the lid to close without pressing down on the food. Keep the rim clean, then close the lid evenly and check the edges before service.
