Prepare food for service
The honeycomb construction helps provide insulation around the contents. Fold the sheet to suit the food shape, allowing enough overlap to hold the wrap together. A flat sandwich and a tall burger need different amounts of space, even when they use the same sheet.
Test a typical portion before setting up your serving station. Check that staff can fold the ends neatly without squeezing the food. If your usual order needs more coverage, compare the other sheet size below before choosing a case.
Keep unopened stock clean and dry. Place a small stack beside the preparation area so staff can pick up one sheet at a time. Replenish the stack as needed, and keep it separate from wet ingredients and sauces.
Case value and related options
A case of 500 works out at 4.25p per sheet ex VAT at the current case price. The displayed unit cost is rounded, and this listing is sold by the stated case quantity.
