Prepare a consistent serving layout
Use these sheets for cold wrapping. You can close a suitable wrap with a label or compatible low-temperature heat sealing. Check the seal on your own food portion before preparing a full display.
Try the sheet with a typical food portion before setting up the counter. The thickness and shape of your food affect how much material you need for folding. Leave enough room around the contents so staff can prepare each order without forcing the wrap into place.
Store unused sheets flat in a clean, dry place. Bring a small stack to the serving area and replenish it as needed. Keeping sizes and designs in separate places helps staff select the right sheet quickly during busy periods.
Case value and related options
