Using your White Paper Straws
Use the wider 10mm opening for thicker cold drinks such as milkshakes and blended smoothies. Check the recipe and any added ingredients before choosing a straw. For lidded cups, make sure the lid opening is suitable so staff can insert the straw without crushing the paper.
Keep straws dry before use and handle them by the end that stays outside the drink. Add one at the point of service instead of leaving it soaking in a prepared drink. Keep spare stock protected at the counter and let customers take only the straws they need.
