Using your 2oz Bagasse Portion Pot
Serve ketchup with chips, a measured dip with a snack box, or a dressing beside a salad. This small size helps you offer the same portion across your menu. It also keeps wet sauces apart from crisp food until the customer is ready to eat.
Place the pot on a level surface before filling it. Leave a little space below the rim so the lid can sit properly. Press the lid into position and check the edge before packing. Keep filled pots upright and avoid putting heavy items on top of them.
