Using your Vegware 0.5oz PLA Portion Pot
Use this size for small dipping sauces, dressings and tasting portions. Keeping a measured serving beside the main dish helps customers add as much as they want. It also keeps a dressing separate from salad leaves until serving. Choose a larger pot if the portion would fill this one right to the rim.
Fill on a flat surface and leave room for the separate lid. Use cooled ingredients, as PLA is intended for cold service. Keep it away from hot food and direct heat. Pack filled pots upright and check each lid before dispatch.
